Story

The Tasmanian Food & Wine conservatory is 100% Tasmanian owned and operated, showcasing the best our island state has to offer. Ideally located on the Bass highway tourist route and part of the Tassie food trail, the Conservatory is only fifteen minutes from the Spirit of Tasmania terminal. The Conservatory promotes Tasmanian food and wine from all across the state, especially supporting boutique and small producers as well as more widely known brands.

Absolutely loved our experience here… beautiful food with a very interesting selection. 
Highly recommend stopping off here. It’s an awesome setting inside and out, with lots of little nick nacks you can purchase.

Elegant, beautiful food. Maybe marginally expensive, but very nice and perfect use of produce along the Tasting Trail and further afield.
Will definitely be back!
