Really great maccas!!nCoffee perfect. Bacon and egg rolls were probably the best I've had . Table service is a great thing . Great view out the windows especially when the SOT comes into berth . Only downside was the barista screaming out the order numbers. You can hear her across the road
Disappointed- buns to every burger hard, fries cold and old, young lady was nice mannered how ever stop completing our order when her friend came over to talk to her and laugh about another customer- proceeded to walk off not complete my order and pass to me which was right there on other side of drive through window with ice in drinks melting away while they proceeded to make themselves a ice cream… 3 minutes later back to hand me my order that was complete on the other side of the indie the whole time, not going back, what a complete joke! Needs a manager who can keep everyone in line, how hard is it to serve fresh food- not like it’s a cheap take out anymore.
The food was delightful , and the service was prompt and courteous . The general atmosphere was acceptable; however, one of the toilet door locks was non-functional . This detail moderately affected the overall experience .
What has happened to quality control?!!nEgg and cheese McMuffin was the worst I have ever experienced. Bun was dry and burnt. It didn’t even taste fresh. Hash brown overcooked. As a takeaway it wasn’t worth the trouble to take it back and risk another disappointment. Won’t be going back at all. Extremely disappointed.
Filthy table. No soap in bathrooms and out of 3 hand sanitiser stations not one of them had sanitiser in them. I asked to get some soap or refill the sanitisers and the girl tried but couldnt do it for some reason so asked what IIm assuming is a manager and she said she would do it but kept doing what she was doing on the computer... I know you cant drop what you are doing immediately but there was absolutely no way to wash your hands before you ate the food... which isnt a knife and fork kinda thing...
