Went through drive through for an ice cream cone for my mother and sister, noticed an advert for grimace shake. Asked the drive way attendant what flavour the shake was and response was I don't know. I asked again as I wanted to know if grape, berry etc and got told again don't know, it's purple. I had to say can you go and find out. Ridiculous that staff don't even know what new product lines are. Eventually decided to get one and the ice creams which were the smallest I've ever seen. Very disappointed customer
This is hands down the worst McDonald’s store I have ever ordered from. The last 5 orders I have placed have either had wrong or missing items. I have rang the store on multiple occasions with very little compensation. I spent $30 on a customised burger, to receive a standard double cheeseburger. The Homemakers Centre McDonald’s is less than a 5minute drive away, I highly suggest ordering from there instead.
Walked in place was absolutely disgusting , rubbish everywhere not a single table was wiped asked a staff member to wipe a table took 30 minutes for that to happen.nOrdered our meal maybe 3 people in whole restaurant and it took 20 minutes to get it. Staff very rude to boot if could give no stars would definitely.nProbably the worst Mc Donald's in Australia
Pull up at 4pm on a Monday, 3 people in there eating, heaps of staff working well standing around. Make toilets covered in skid marks, pee, pubes, dirty toilet paper all over the floor.nThis place is putrid.
Last night my best friend ordered a lot of nuggets from this store, the nuggets were cooked to perfection, the juicy and tender blended chicken was delicious. I also haven’t been eating very well the last few days and I can be sure that this meal will have helped to put a few extra kilos back on.
