Just order there today at about 3:00pm and, didn't get some of our order after we payed, didn't get a drink and sweet and sour sauce also didn't get a maxi large pop corn it was small. Plus the chips were not very good mostly cold and very, mushy type won't be going there again. I never like writing bad reviews but I feel like KFC at least this one has gone downhill.nnAlso why is no where else we can have a say, we can only leave a review here on GOOGLE.
Ordered from this store today, the wait on food took longer than a counter meal, the restaurant floor was filthy, covered in food, the tables and chairs was littered with crumbs and cordial on the seat, so we decided to eat somewhere a little less filthy. The fries were not salted, and the chicken burger had a horrible taste. Yet we can’t fault the home maker centre KFCnnMy reply to the generic reply from KFC owner: I have no more details to give, just a little advice….hire a staff member just to keep the shop front and toilets clean, so patrons can dine in a clean environment.
Would never go back to William st KFC as waited near half hour to get 3 burger meals with no salt on chips and all tables, floors and toilets were disgusting and looked like hadn't been cleaned for weeks and then get a generic response via email to give more details!! The whole meal was very average and threw most of it out, so disappointing and waste of $44 . Don't they have cleaners anymore, such a mess
