Disappointing experience with the Christmas in July specialsnn​I've been visiting this location more often recently for the Christmas in July deals, but the quality control is terrible. Every time I ask for extra sauce on my burger at the speaker, I get less than a standard amount. It feels like the person at the speaker isn't even communicating the request to the kitchen. I am more than happy to pay for extra sauce, but not getting it every single time I ask is ridiculous. Are the people making the burgers actually happy serving this amount of sauce, or do they just not care? There are a few other small issues as well, but it's not worth listing every single one.nn​Recently, both my mother's burger and mine were wrong. The store was not even busy, and I spoke directly to the manager, who confirmed the correct order back to me twice. Yet when I got home, both burgers were still completely wrong. How do you mess up the exact same order twice when it is not even busy?nn​The whole point of using a drive-thru is to get in and out quickly with the confidence that your order is accurate. I love KFC, but going forward I will have to park in the car park and check every single item before leaving to make sure nothing was messed up, which completely defeats the purpose. Really disappointed with the service here.nn​I have attached two photos that I took recently showing what was served after asking for extra sauce at KFC Devonport. Personally, I feel like this isn't acceptable even for a normal amount of sauce, let alone an order of extra sauce.

Not had a bad meal here always hot always crunchy they hit the mark everytime.nnMy only thing is lack of cleanliness in the store everytime I've been there the seats and tables have food or rubbish on it
I regularly order online from this KFC, but the waiting time is always far too long. Even after the order is marked as being prepared, it takes much longer than expected. The staff often seem to ignore customers waiting for their orders and provide little communication about delays. Customer service and order management need significant improvement.
