I ordered vegetarian noodles tonight and when I arrived home I found my order to be rice and prawns. I called them back to arrange my order to be redone and that I would come back to collect it.nI was told on the phone that “I was wrong, no, you did not order that”!nI went back to prove my order and that I am offended that I was accused of lying! All they said was “sorry, your order is still waiting”nNo apology for the accusation of lying on the phone and no offer of refund or anything to accept the seriously disgusting customer service.nWill not be returning!
Ordered laksa dish to dine-in. A good Asian food is all about tasty, as authentic as possible. Unfortunately, this shop has not met the minimum criteria for its laksa menu. If you are a laksa lover, please don't order it and get disappointed.n1. The laksa colour is not the same as the photo menun2. The flavour of laksa is very mild to nothing. Mainly sweet and coconut flavourn3. When asked to increase some laksa flavour, was given only chillie, which I don't understand. It is not spicy I was asking.n4. The bbq meat smelt quite old in the fridge and dried. The seafood prawn imported from overseas frozen.nnMaybe Aussie will accept the flavour but Asian will not.
