I visited McDonald’s Burnie on Wednesday night and had a really good experience. The place was clean, the food was fresh, and everything came out quickly.nSpecial mention to shift manager Karan he was so cool, friendly and welcoming. Great customer service!
Sadly we waited 1 hour in the drive through to get our order, couldn't get out just had to wait stuck in the drive through, then sadly the big Mac was squashed the sauce was on the side instead of in the burger, the fries were under cooked. The service has been getting worse every week
I am a delivery driver and I visit McDonald’s regularly to pick up food orders. Unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing. The staff often delay preparing delivery orders, while prioritizing dine-in or takeaway customers instead. Many times, I have had to wait 20, 30, or even 40 minutes for an order.nnDuring these long waits, I’ve noticed that some employees are busy talking with each other instead of focusing on preparing the food. This causes unnecessary delays and creates frustration for drivers like me who depend on timely service to do our job.nnI kindly request McDonald’s management to look into this issue and make improvements. Delivery drivers are also customers, and we should be treated with the same respect and urgency as anyone else. These delays affect not only us but also the customers waiting for their food.
Need to clean up the act. 4pm in the afternoon, staff all standing around doing nothing and the place looks like a tip!
Worst maccas in the state. It's dirty and I've been handed the most disgusting things via the drive thru including chocolate sundays dripping with icecream and chocolate sauce. The attached photo was what they ended up giving me AFTER I refused to take the first dripping mess.nnUpdate: still horrible and incredibly slow.nUpdate 2 years later : served a bigmac with slimy brown lettuce, stale bread and half a burger missing.
