Need to clean up the act. 4pm in the afternoon, staff all standing around doing nothing and the place looks like a tip!
Went through the drive through and placed order for 2 burgers, 6 nuggets and large fries. Person at payment window was a delight but the order receive window kept her back to me talking to other staff and the ordered me to waiting bay. I drove down and my order was coming out before I had stopped. I got home to discover the had missed the fries. Overall poor service from all except the money window
Tables were not clean the floors were disgustingly filthy. No one was clearing the tables. Even though the customers should put their rubbish in the bin. There was just a couldn’t give a crap vibe. This used to be the cleanest store back in the day, but now it’s just filthy.
Recently in drive through upon being handed last item and exiting my passenger who was extremely upset due to bad news was chastised by a rude, untidy, female staff member for lighting a cigarette / smoking. We were EXITING and were stopped exiting by staff for this bossy, rude, untidy person to be rude. Passenger was NOT smoking whilst in drive through. It upset passengers even more, well done! After which we discovered the order was wrong, the alleged burger was like a pile of white slop and couldn't be eaten. We will NOT be returning as recently staff appearance and attitudes are appalling! You people are fortunate to have a job so do it properly, treat customers with respect, tidy and clean yourselves up because seeing an obese stomach hanging out of a tightly fitted shirt is awful. No one was smoking but as exiting was about to so get your facts straight! Shame on you!!!
Terrible customer service. We were in a rush so asked how long our takeaway would be after waiting 15mins, got back “a few mins”. After 20mins asked for a refund and the girl walked off and continued putting food in bags until she finally came back over with our bag, threw our straws on the table and said “there you go”. No apologies or anything. Just plain rude.
