I would like to appreciate Manager Karan who was working tonight at McDonald’s Burnie. Karan was very professional, calm, and supportive during the shift. He managed the team efficiently, ensured customers were served quickly, and handled everything with a positive attitude.nnExcellent customer service and great leadership skills. Thank you, Karan, for making the experience pleasant. Keep up the great work!
I’ve visited this store multiple times as a customer and the experience is consistently disappointing. Even when the restaurant is not busy, orders take an unusually long time. Staff often appear disengaged, chatting among themselves instead of focusing on preparing orders.nnA major issue seems to be that the store is mainly staffed by very young and inexperienced workers who are not properly supervised. Order preparation is extremely slow, and there doesn’t appear to be any effective management overseeing operations during service.nnThe environment feels unprofessional and chaotic. Food pieces are often left on the floor and not cleaned, which raises serious hygiene concerns.nnWhen customers politely ask about their orders, staff responses are rude or irritated. This level of service is unacceptable for a brand like McDonald’s.nnThis is not a one-off issue it happens most of the time. Management needs to take responsibility for proper staffing, supervision, cleanliness, and customer service at this location.

this is the best place ever! The Oreo chocolate McFlurrys are just wonderful! And the Apple juice! Even the chips! I can’t forget the ketchup, who doesn't like ketchup? This place is wonderful and I go there every breakfast and dinner time!
It’s almost cliche how often this maccas doesn’t have the ice cream machine working. I don’t know why my husband and I keep having the hope to try and catch the infamous working ice cream machine window… I don’t think it exists, at least not at this location.nUnfortunately we need to wait in the drive through for 20 minutes before discovering our luck.
