I recently had a birthday dinner at Alida in the waterfall room. We had a large group and our needs were catered to perfectly. The atmosphere was great. The food was delicious, everyone was happy with their meal! A special mention to our waitress Maddy who was fantastic.

Alida is our favourite place to enjoy lunch and dinner in Launceston. The service is always superb and food is excellent. We enjoyed the wine paring at dinner which was an opportunity to try older and interesting wines. We always feel welcome and look forward to visiting again next time we are in Tassie.

One of the best steaks ever. Cooked to perfection, veggies were cooked well and still had a light crunch and chips were excellent. $12 beer pints, good variety of wine at very reasonable prices, in all, it leaves very little to complain about.

One year ago I had reviewed them as one of the best places in Launceston and I've been back multiple times since but tonight just had probably the worst meals ever. The lamb meant to medium rare, was beyond chewy and cold, like biting on rubber.nnI had 2 friends visiting from interstate with me and had to apologise for wasting their money on the meal.nnCompare the photos I uploaded last year to the ones from tonight, what a disappointment and a horrible experience.

Just had one of the best dining experiences here. Food, cocktails, and service were excellent.  I've worked in a silver service environment before This is an amazing venue quite magical I can highly recommend coming here not just for the great food and service but for the beautiful decor and outlook. 10 out of 10 THANKYOU Alida well done nCannot wait to come back.
