The Maldives Report apartment is perfectly located within a short walk to the beach and great restaurants and cafes in Tedder Ave. I enjoyed the outdoor pool and spa most days, particularly at night. My apartment was on level 9 and this provides a wonderful opportunity to watch whales from the balcony.nThe apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay and was neat and tidy, it certainly felt like home after a day out.nHaving a reception desk is helpful for any queries who may have.

Some of the cleaning was very poor. Under the bed and under the sofa obviously hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned for months. The rest was fine. The sofa is very uncomfortable and poor quality. It's a very easy walk to the beach and the shops at Tedder Avenue.

We stayed for a couple of nights early week just for a break. Staff were great and gave me the best deal just for making a call and asking. Great unit on the top floor with Beach Views and the price was fantastic. Unit was clean and tidy. Everywhere on the premises we went the place smelt fresh and clean. Will defiantly be our get away spot from now on. The team at Maldives are some of the friendliest people in hotel management I have ever dealt with. Thanks to you all.

The rooms could use an upgrade, but if you book in advance the prices are fair and it's in a great view and location.nnIt was mostly clean but a little dusty, and they make you take your own trash out and do all dishes. For the 2 day stay we had I wish we didn't have to do this, but for the price it's understandable.nnOverall good stay

We stay at Maldives once a month, honestly one of the best places in main beach for a couple getaway that doesn't hurt the wallets. Except this time we were excited to get given the top floor 15... Though we couldn't sleep the whole stay due to the next room , fighting, yelling screaming it was insane. We spoke to the young woman at reception and said she would talk to John must be manager though nothing since, no call no email nothing. I'm shocked that we received no feedback of any kind and I think it's time to do our monthly stays elsewhere. Not happy with the follow up though a honest review is it's clean n tidy n value for money. Be really careful getting the top floor though as you will get no rest or sleep until 4 am
