Brilliant service and facilities. The hotel is really stunning, and the restaurant, bar and pool are really lovely. So nice to be on the beachfront as well. The bar has amazing cocktails, delicious food and really good service. The breakfast is fantastic, such a good range of different foods. The staff are so friendly! We had some issues with the cleaning staff not servicing our room the first night we were there, but this was resolved with the staff at the front desk. We really enjoyed our stay otherwise and will be happy to stay again!
The beautiful view of the pool and ocean through the restaurant’s large glass windows was truly impressive.nnThe room and bathroom were spacious, and the bed was comfortable. However, the hairdryer was too weak, and there was no body lotion provided. The staff didn’t feel particularly friendly, but they were always helpful and accommodating to our needs.nnThe parking was convenient with camera-based access, and there was always a spot available near the elevator. The pool was large and heated, and with the ocean right in front, the location was very accessible.nnFor some reason, both check-in and check-out were not smooth and took quite a bit of time. The breakfast quality was not great, but the view was amazing, and it wasn’t crowded, which we really liked.
The hotel really isn’t worth the price. The place feels old and outdated, and our shower didn’t even have proper hot water. Service was just okay. The room services and cleaning were also not great. When we checked in and got to our room, we realized the body wash bottle was empty, and we had to ask for some. I think things like this should be checked before giving the rooms to guests. At checkout, they even tried to charge us for chocolates and chips we had bought ourselves, saying they were from the minibar, but we had to get that fixed. Overall, the hotel, service, and breakfast are pretty average, especially for what they charge. You can definitely find better places for the same or lower price.
Great hotel and service. The room we had was spacious and okay. But the staff were really helpful specifically reception and concierge. Highly recommend this place just even for the lobby itself. Would love to stay again. Comfy beds.
The location and lay out of hotel is very good. When we arrived at the hotel, staffs and moods are good vibes.nBut when I arrived at the room, the room was old and rusted. In addition, the room was not clean at all. The dusts were all the around of corners on the furniture. It looks like the room has been empty for a long time. Nobody clened up right before we are here. I dont know why I have to clean up the room. Also, they put the rust broken lamp. I cannot understand why they dont throw away the trash. I was very disappointed it. Even though I am a platinum elite member, I seriously consider keeping a membership of Marriott.
