This was a surprise weekend away for my wife and I, and we both loved everything about our stay, and will be back for more visits and longer stays.nnEven though the hotel is over 20 years old, the condition of the rooms and cleanliness was perfect. There are some items of furniture in the room that need attention, as they are showing signs of age.nnThe bed was very comfortable and the room nice and quiet at night.nnThe breakfast buffet was amazing in the variety and quality of food, with the only issue being the wait for coffee, but kind of unavoidable when you have so many people turn up in a short amount of time, and all want their coffee quickly.nnEvery single staff member had a smile and was professional and friendly.nnA very classy and romantic place to be, and we can’t wait to come back.
The suite room was large and well appointed. It is a little tired needs some refresh with paint etc but that is only if you look hard. The design and detail in the floor and walls and features are still outstanding so many years after it was built. The staff were outstandingly helpful and friendly in every area but especially in the bar and restaurant. Not much seating beside the pool and the pool lounge covers are very tired even torn but the pool is nice and well maintained. free parking is a bonus and really easy. Certainly worth considering at a good rpice.
I recently stayed at the Imperial and had an amazing experience. While the hotel is relatively aged, its genuine architecture adds to its charm and beauty. The staff were incredibly friendly and courteous, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself was spotless and well-organized, which added to the comfort of my stay. The pool provided a wonderful holiday atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. The highlight of my visit was definitely the delicious breakfast – it was the best part of each day! Plus, the Imperial's location near a beautiful sandy coast made it even better. Highly recommend!
My family and I had a very wonderful time.nI was very relaxed when I came home so relaxed I have now booked another three nights in February February.nnI suggestion for the kids menu at the pool area.nNeeds to have nuggets and Hawaiian pizza as my children would only eat the chips for three days which got a little boring for them.nnCan’t wait to come back and have another fantastic three days!nThank you to the Imperial.
We had a three-night stay in a lagoon King room and couldn't have asked for a better time. The room was comfy with a beautiful two-person spa and an awesome king size bed. The staff were all extremely helpful and housekeeping were always discreet in their service. Both breakfast and dinner in the hotel were great., cannot complain about any of the food. The pool was a definite highlight, comfortable daybeds, shade if required, easy to access pool with staff all on standby for drinks or assistance. Reception style for extremely helpful as I did have to make a couple of requests due to some medication requirements, but these are all handled professionally and perfectly. I will be returning to the Imperial Hotel and recommending it to friends and family in the future.
