I went there for a professional event but did enjoy the view, location and families happiness throughout the time. Definitely a place for relaxing and enjoyment no doubt. The expenses can be high as I them visited during school holidays. Overall a nice feeling.

Rooms good, good services, buffet can't keep up with demand especially breakfast, people walking in at later meals with some food already depleted. Free parking is good. Great for kids.

Great for families but no good for couples. The buffet breakfast and dinner is good but not great but the kids had lots to choose from. Their front desk set up is confusing with check-in, concierge and activities all in separate locations. Also it can take a while to be seen to when a large group arrives. Right next door to Sea World with access to exclusive resort dolphin shows (see photo).

Third time staying at the resort. Staying in a double double. Room is big enough for 2 adults 2 kids. Moved the beds together if you want. It's satisfactory for what you pay. Obviously the selling point is direct access to Sea World and nightly light show water park, perfect for those summer nights. We had an incident of getting sick from the buffet one night and this caused us to waste a day in bed. The staff at the restaurant were very sympathetic and even brought us toast, rice, steam vegetables and tea. As nice a gesture it was we have been turned off the shoreline restaurant and even had planned to attend the seafood night as we had done in the past as it was fantastic but we just can't stomach it. We probably won't stay at SeaWorld resort again either as it has been quite a turn off which disappoints us dearly

The room is OK for me and my daughter. The buffet is perfect and I really enjoyed it. 

We had spaghetti in the lobby cafe. However it was spicy and we particularly mentioned 'no spicy at all when ordered because of my little girl. But wat still came with spicy food. We responded to the waitress and she just said it shouldn't be and not even apologize. 

And the resort is far from everywhere which is lack of public transportation.
