We had a beautiful stay at Sea World Resort. The package was great value – buffet breakfast daily and unlimited entry to 3 theme parks included. The staff were amazing! Cleaners, reception, and concierge all went above and beyond. A special thanks to Brett concierge who truly helped our family by providing free valet parking for our adult daughter with special needs – this made our stay so much easier and less stressful. nnThe only downside was the parking, which does overflow and can be tricky for families with accessibility needs. Also, my biggest disappointment was breakfast. Our daughter couldn’t attend due to anxiety with crowds and the early time frame, but I wasn’t allowed to take food back to the room for her. For families with special needs, this really should be more flexible.nnOverall, an enjoyable and memorable experience – just wish there were better accommodations for families with special needs around meals and parking.
I recently stayed at SeaWorld Resort, and I couldn’t have asked for a better time. The entire experience from the amazing accommodations to the incredible service was top-notch. One standout moment was at the waterfall cafe where I had the pleasure of being served by Brock. Brock was an absolute gem! His knowledge of cocktails was impressive, and he made some of the best drinks I’ve had in a while. Beyond that, his friendly and approachable attitude made the whole experience a highlight of my trip. Whether it was a quick drink or some casual conversation about the resort, he made sure I felt at ease the whole time.nThe resort itself was equally amazing, plenty of fun activities for the whole family, the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure, and, of course, the proximity to all the incredible SeaWorld attractions. The whole experience was truly unforgettable, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
Absolutely loved Sea World Resort. Family Vacation with unlimited theme park entry! Fantastic pool area, spa and water park for the kids. Heated. Rooms are good size, clean and well kept. Restaurants are great and buffet breakfast is excellent for the whole family. Staff were lovely, helpful and friendly.
We had a great time with our family, 3 year old and 2 year old the theme park package was fantastic and made the trip so easy.nnThe only negatives were we booked a few days before the 50% off and extra inclusions sale which sucked and we tried to swap packages but no success .nnAnd the line to get into breakfast was 40 minutes some days than you line up again for pancakes for another 20.nnWe ended up going elsewhere most days as breakfast wasn't included.nnBut overall a fantastic holiday the kids loved it much better than paradise resort where we stayed one night.
Best stay ever! Staff were so welcoming and helpful. The room was small but worked well. The breakfast was busy but so well organised and so much food!! We loved the concierge service and just how incredible the staff were always smiling and willing to help out. 100% recommended. Best part was the room attendants who popped the teddy on the bed every day! Such a small gesture but so sweet
