Little Real Estate

I've been a tenant through this agency for two properties over the past 5 years. Both Josh Pick and Matt Montgomery have been outstanding! As a person who has also been a landlord, I really rate them and their professionalism. Very friendly, quick to help and they have always looked out for me as a tenant. Would highly recommend this agency. (I don't give 5/5 much!)

We had Bianca Nicolacopoulos as our property manager for the last 12 months and we honestly could not fault her services. She was consistently prompt with answering and attending to any of our requests, easy to communicate with, kind and approachable from the very beginning of our tenancy. Even when our lease ended Bianca really tried to find something new that suited our needs. Bianca honestly felt more like a friend by the end of our lease! We would highly recommend Bianca and Little Real Estate to anyone looking for a rental property and really hope that we come across her again in the near future.

I have been lucky enough to have Danielle Cargill as my landlord for the past 2 years. Her professionalism is admirable, she is always so helpful, responsive and friendly. Whenever there has been an issue with the property I never have to worry about getting it sorted, she would communicate the next steps so quickly and have it repaired before I knew it! Whenever there's something I need to know she's so proactive in communicating it in a timely manner, including contacting me months before my lease is up so there's no last minute rush to get paperwork sorted. I hope I get another landlord like her in the future!

We dealt with Jenny Leung when renting a place in Hawthorn for my son and his partner. Although we live in the country Jenny has been fantastic in making the process and paperwork as easy as possible. Little Real Estate also worked with us whereas many other firms found our situation too hard. We really appreciate what Jenny has done.

I have been dealing with Property Manager Marita Smith at the Hawthorn branch of Little Real Estate for 4 + years. Marita is excellence personified! A true professional with 5 star customer service! Marita always goes the extra mile to ensure a successful result. I cannot sing Marita's praises highly enough! If you are after the best of the best Marita is your person!
