I'm currently using Brittany at Nelson Alexander to look after my investment property. I cannot rate her highly enough. Brittany is like clockwork when it comes to routine inspections, statements, rent reviews etc. and is incredible fast when it comes to turning around ad hoc requests. I'm super busy and the level of support she provides is super helpful, and appreciated. Brittany is lovely to deal with, super proactive, and quite simply deals with everything so I don't have too. If you are looking for an agent to care for your property, and save you a bunch of hassle that rentals can be....look no further. I'd give her 6 stars if I could.

I moved management of my property out of frustration with the previous property manager. Wise choice. Brittany is an exceptional property manager that goes above and beyond with service. Because of her and all the Nelson Alexander team, it’s been a hassle free and enjoyable experience.

Zoe has been an exceptionally efficient and helpful property manager to us (as renters). We have always had prompt and courteous service, with Zoe representing our views clearly to the landlord and arranging any repairs promptly.
