I had a commercial lease that was managed by Miglic Dean and I didn’t realize how much I took them for granted until the property sold and another real estate agent took over. They were always friendly and approachable and I would work with them again. Choose your managing real estate business carefully when commencing a lease!

We've worked with Maria and Miglic Dean for 3 years now. They've always been supportive and quick to help if there are any issues with our rental property. When we were unexpectedly unable to extend our lease at one property, they went out of their way to ensure we found a good fit in a new property with the specifications we were looking for in a leased property.

The personalised attention of a senior partner made selling with a smaller commercial agency like Miglic Dean a very positive experience. Katherine’s calm, assured manner and highly knowledgeable, well-researched approach engendered full confidence in the market valuation and a marketing strategy that attracted strong attention. The purchaser came from established agency contacts and we accepted an offer at the upper end of best expectations a week in advance of scheduled auction. Satisfied it was an excellent outcome for both parties. Very highly recommended.
