If you like applying for a property and hearing nothing for weeks go ahead. If you want somewhere that cares about their tenants avoid. The house was filthy, animal faeces in it, carpets disgusting and no response from them. Terrible service.

Absolutely shocking to deal with, have absolutely no idea how our real estate agent is in the industry, completely unprofessional ,rude and couldn't have cared less about tenants until we advised superiors there and still denied her hostility towards us. I sincerely hope to never ever personally deal with them again and wish luck to others leasing under this office and this real estate agent. Unnaceptable.

Horrible service. Went to the office at 10am and just wanted to make appointment to see rent property. Only one reception there and just kept saying no one was here and she couldn't help at all. What you could do was to call and leave a msg and wait for calling back! Her ways to deal with customers was totally rude and shocking!

Both Justin & Rena were excellent in all aspects during the process of selling my property. One or other of them was in constant touch with me regarding the sale that resulted in a very satisfactory sale price prior to auction day. They have both given me information on the current market, property values on opposite sides of Punt Road and market sentiment. I value most their empathetic, trusted and honest approach in helping me move out of my home of the past 35 years, which I greatly appreciate. Their after sales service is most remarkable, organising the valuation, pick up and eventual sale of my antique furniture which I am very, very, grateful.
