Had a great experience renting an apartment with Waco.  They were responsive and all issues were handled quickly.  They went the extra mile when moving out and saved me a lot of time and stress. Would definitely recommend

Poor service, unprofessional. I use Wacore to manage my rental property, the manager never act on owner behalf from the first day, tenant damaged something but the manager make the owner pay out of pocket.  The worse thing is tenant provided a cleaning receipt but the conditions is bad, property is not cleaned but the manager insisted tenant has cleaned. In addition, without noticing owner the condition and returned 100% bond to tenant. Ended up I have to spend thousands to clean and fix up all the mess.  Don’t use them!!!

Staff always smoking out the front blocking the footpath for pedestrians. Shop front messy and window display disorganised not a good look. Wouldn't use the company based on this.
