Anna at Malvern Real Estate is an absolutely caring lady.  We needed an agent who wasn't just in it for the remuneration and we found that in Anna.  After numerous phone calls to other local agents I happened to give Malvern Real Estate a ring.  So happy that I did.  After having a chat with Anna I knew I had found the right person for the job.   Anna has a love of period homes which was just what we were looking for.  Thanks to Anna we have secured a good tenant in our home.   Anna handled everything for us and communicated with us constantly.   She is an absolute gem and Malvern Real Estate are privileged to have such a hard working and genuine person working for them. Thank you Malvern Real-Estate for delivering everything you promised, I gave you the price that we wanted to sell our home of 10 years in Armadale and it was sold within 10 days for more than we asked for. 
Marci brought in qualified buyers which meant no time was wasted.
This was the second home that Marci sold for us and I couldn't recommend a more dedicated, honest and committed real-estate company.

Lovely genuine sales team who really cared about helping me sell. It was not just the sales method of Malvern Real Estate but the hard work of members. Marci in particular, kept in constant contact with me and worked tirelessly in all manner of details - all the while smiling .
