Don't answer phone calls or emails from tenants, or previous tenants. Hold onto bonds for longer than allowed and then have the ABN hidden so you can't get them to VCAT easily. Typically arrogant and treat tenants poorly, but guess what? If you don't have tenants you don't have landlords and we were dealing with the director.

Wouldn't recommend using their property management agents at all. Heard from a friend who was a tenant that they didn't even do inspections but made the tenant do their own inspections! Disgusting and I feel sorry for the owner paying them for that service.
