Steer clear if you are after good service..After having my final inspection completed and a full bond refund agreed upon it took me over a week and 7-8 phone calls to even get a return call and my bond return application sent through.. was sent through scanned incorrectly the first time. Staff very rude over the phone.

Couldn't be happier with my property manager. Kimberley has been a breath of fresh air since taking over management of my rental property. Any issues/concerns I have had she has dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommend this agency.

STEER CLEAR, HORRIBLE SERVICE. After having a final inspection two weeks ago, with agreed full bond return, Interface have failed to lodge our bond application correctly and in a timely manner. Numerous phone calls to the office, only to be told we would receive call backs and getting no call backs what so ever. Still haven’t received our bond return. I’m sure if we owed Interface money it would be a different story.. Do not bother renting through this agency.

Issue after issue with interface managing our property. Steer clear if you want good service. Constantly disappointed.

No bond return after 6 weeks (claim they are organising a quote for over 3 weeks), called and emailed about property repairs while I was renting from them with no replies. Taking them to VCAT DO NOT RENT FROM THEM
