As a Building Inspector we have been engaged by staff at Wakelin since 2005 to assist their clients with building and pest inspections. I have found all members at Wakelin to have a high level of integrity and are professional and hard working.  Their focus is on the clients and buying them a decent property in a high growth area and not their hip pockets which is what I, myself  admire. After 9 years of dealing with Wakelin as a service provider I believe I am qualified to state they are an excellent group of people to deal with who have a very sound knowledge of Melbourne's property market.

As first time investors, securing the services of Wakelin Property Advisory was probably the best move we made. We were made to feel comfortable right from the start and our advisor, Kristy was very personable as well as knowledgeable. Of course we weren’t only hiring Kristy; she had the whole Wakelin team behind her.

The first thing she did was to disabuse us of the ideas we had about property investment, and to put us onto the right path. The process that Wakelin uses to secure properties, and the expertise they have in the market, gave us confidence and peace of mind that we were on the right track. We were thrilled with the outcome, so much so that we are repeat customers. This time having Wakelin bid on our behalf at auction, very successfully and with an outcome we could never have achieved alone.

Finally, I think one of the key things about Wakelin is that they are advisors, not agents. You can be confident that they are working in your best interests and their fee structure is completely transparent. You can be sure that we will be using them again for our next purchase.
