*VERY HAPPY VENDOR*
I was a first time seller and very nervous with the whole sales process. I had interviewed three agents but felt very comfortable with Walter, Dean and hocking stuart as a company. Their approach to the whole sales process and knowledge of the market is what stood out for me. Throughout the campaign their communication was outstanding and I felt confident that they were going to get me the price that we were after. Instead they exceeded our expectations. 
Highly recommend these two agents and I know I would use them again.

Thank you again Dean and Walter - dynamic duo!

I've never come across such terrible, rude and abrupt customer service.

We had a property lease with this agent for over 3 years, they are happy to take higher rate of commission, but once we decided to move the property to another agent, which was 1.5% cheaper and they lost the keys, they decided to blamed it on the other agent, we I ask if they had log book or proof that they had handed over the key, she ask "who are you to ask me that, no we don't" and "are you calling me a liar "'and tried to hang up on me...we are a paying customer!!

From answering the phone call, this rude staff member was on the attack and has no business work in her role and such be fired for you abusive tone and bad attitude,  I'll insure to inform anyone who is looking for an agent, about how terrible our experience was.

So we pay you to don't nothing and you loss keys and we are in fult and have to replace them.
