Amanda and Elizabeth are always easy to deal with and can manage challenging people and properties with ease, they are very professional and respond quickly if any questions or concerns arise.  In my experience they have a good contacts for completing any repairs and maintenance with a minimum of disruption. I feel I can trust the judgement of Amanda and Elizabeth when it comes to choosing new tenants and managing any issues that may arise. I have and will continue to recommend them.

I have had a great experience with Nelson Alexander as a tenant. They have been quick to respond to any questions I have had and to any issues with the property.  With Kristen O' Connell as my property manager I feel very confident as a tenant which is a very good feeling.

Kristen is our property manager and we can't rate her highly enough! She organised a whole heap of quotes and repairs during the busy Christmas/New year period and found us ideal tenants. We trust her completely - very friendly and professional.

Kristen from the Northcote office has been most helpful in assisting us in finding a rental property. Most agents simply said attend the inspection however Kristen was very accomodating in conducting private inspections to suit our work schedules.

I have had a business relationship with Nelson Alexander Northcote for about 4 years now. My property manager Amanda Lachmund is great. She manages several of our properties and has always been very proactive when it comes to arranging inspections and lease renewals well prior to when dates fall due. She's also great with the tenants, getting on top of any requests and communicating with them in a timely manner and keeping them informed. I have also worked with selling agents Monique Verga and Luke Sacco and they were very professional and highly ethical, and achieved a great result for us.
