I honestly don't know what the go is with all these past bad reviews, but my experience with Jellis Craig has been nothing but overwhelmingly positive. 

I've been a tenant with them for just over a year now and Shelli Martin is my managing agent. I've got to say, I've never experienced such a respectful and on the ball agency like this in all my rental history. 
As a tenant I'm used to being treated like scum and not having my concerns heard or even acknowledged. 
Shelli goes above and beyond, is a fantastic communicator, fair, and advocates to keep tenants happy so they remain in the property for the landlord! It's a win-win situation for everyone!

As a former tenant, having to deal with this real estate agency made me realise that they are the worst real estate agents ever! Extremely unprofessional and rude. They will take months at replying to any communications (if they even reply at all). You have to bypass them if you want anything fixed at your rental property because they can't organise to do it themselves. Oh and watch out if they physically hold anything related to the property (for example keys or personal ID such as government documents/ID as part of a tenancy application) because they LOSE EVERYTHING. Completely and utterly useless.

My wife and I are so glad that we chose Jellis Craig to negotiate the sale of our property - we are confident that they will do their very best.

Regular and worsening power outages for over three months. Agent changed and we hoped that this would be resolved as it is an emergency. Our situation has still not changed and I am now paying to repair damaged computer hardware and other possibly affected items.

Very upset. Would definitely advise potential landlords look to other agencies that perhaps give a damned about their tenants.

This real estate agency is extremely unorganised and unprofessional.The agents will blame each other for any mistakes made, they have no idea how much rent should be paid and when! I truly feel sorry for owners that have chosen to rent out properties with this incompetent real estate agency!
