I had leased my property for a number of years with this agency. 
This agency allowed tenants to leave without paying rent and leaving trash all over the property and not doing proper cleans of carpet, house and yard. Rooms were painted without my permission. The next set of tenants came and the same thing happened- rent not paid, trash, no cleaning, light fixtures broken. There was no bond to fix the issues because rent had not been paid for so long.  There was no support in documentation for insurance claims. All the agent cared about was getting the house back on the market after I spent 7k out of pocket fixing the house. Secretary staff are rude. Don’t bother!

We have recently had the pleasure of working with Kasey and her wonderful team from Raine & Horne, Brunswick to secure a fantastic rental property. Kasey was so helpful and informative during the application process. She also took the time to understand our needs which made the whole experience really pleasant. Thanks again for everything.

If I had the choice I would have rated 0 Zero stars. Never have I dealt with such unprofessional people. They never responded to emails, calls and messages. Urgent repairs including roof leaks, power trips and water flooded flooring were not attended to at all. The property manager couldn't care about people’s health and security. They only concern is prompt rental. Imagine your family of seniors and young child having a leaking roof, live water feature walls, damp carpets and power trip due to the internal leaks.
Please stay away at all cost. Hope the authorities take some action and do us fair.

To the principal @ Managing director, I verily believe that you don't even know what is the address of the property that I am referring to let alone the details of the continuous problems and issues which I face with the leased property. Your spectacular team is irresponsible and unethical in handling such matters. Incase you were not informed that there are several other tenants which suffer similar problems and issues with the leased property. I am marvelled on how would anyone be in such denial instead of trying to understand the cause of the problem. I had been exceptionally patient and understanding; giving your team many considerate thoughts and email reminders, yet I don't get any email response. I would have definitely given the full star top rating should I have been a landlord. In a nutshell, I would stay away at all cost for any possible dealings in the near future.

The property managers here are extremely skilled... at procrastination, making empty promises, and being selective in responding towards requests for assistance.

The apartment which I have rented has been plagued by multiple defects since day 1, all of which have never been truly addressed after almost 7 months of tenancy. The property manager has managed these issues very poorly and the attitude is just rude and unpleasant.

These people are great in making you feel helpless and desperate for a property that you pay good money to rent. 

Just stay away from them like the plague.

Very unprofessional and they promise but they don’t deliver. They don’t care about people’s security, they always stand by the side of the land lord. They are very rude and they never promised of one thing and get it done. I don’t recommend those guys at all
