Little Real Estate

Since last 6 month, we have been dealing with Angela and hence Little Real Estate as the landlord. We were recommended by one of our friends and we are so glad to say that we will, without any hesitation will recommend them to anyone we know, who wants to have their property managed by professional and proactive people in the business. As a landlord we want things to be communicated to us, clearly and on time. Angela has always been proactive and has been able to bring matters to the table for discussion while they still at the back of our mind. We are overseas for a whole year and it has never felt once that we needed to speak to her and the distance or the time difference has made anything difficult at all. As an owner, we have full trust in her ability to manage our property and make sure they are looked after and this gives us peace of mind and that IS EXACTLY what we want.

My property has been managed by Jessica DOSSIS for the past few years. I have found Jessica to be a pleasure to deal. She has ensured my property has been well looked after during that time. Jessica has provided me with advice on repairs and ensured repairs are carried out in a timely and cost effective manner. I have found that Jessica is always contactable and and keen to ensure that my property, my tenants and I are always looked after. Thank you Jess and Little Real Estate.

After dealing with some other not so great real estate companies around Melbourne, we were of course hesitant again dealing when moving to Little to rent with. The last two years dealing with Little Real Estate - primarily with our property manager Jessica Dossis has been a great experience. Jess has always been easy to be communicate with, responsive, understanding and a pleasure to deal with! Thank you for all your hard work Jess, we will miss renting with Little Real Estate Preston.

Horrible service. Agent kept promising to do their job to get my rent into my account but have failed to do so in 4 months. The personnel in this real estate agency needs to go for a refresher course. Also to know how to keep their promise. The house being rented was not locked up properly during an inspection and the place was not kept. They also charge a higher fee than usual boasting of their good service, however it's not the case.
