Michelle Portelli’s delicate balancing act of being supportive, giving advice, but still listening to my requirements during the marketing campaign was much appreciated. How lucky I was to have Michelle running my campaign. She worked hard to communicate effectively with prospective buyers, resulting in my property selling well above the reserve.

On meeting Michelle, we knew that we needn't look any further, she is a very professional, organised and knowledgeable Agent as well as having the benefits of Nelson Alexander's philosophy as an agency..... they make sure your home is advertised throughout all areas of Melbourne and work collaboratively with other agents to showcase your home to its best potential no matter what.
We are so happy with the experience and outcome of selling our home with Michelle and Nelson Alexander's guidance, and their fee is very reasonable for this service. 5 stars!!

Michelle was an absolute star through the entire process (which we dragged out for 6 months). We were very comfortable with her approach and this was compared against several other agents that we had through our house before we chose Michelle. The result that we achieved was well over and above our expectation, which was managed very well through the campaign. I would highly recommend Michelle in future, she made what is traditionally a highly stressful experience to much more pleasant one!

We had an awesome outcome with Michelle from Nelson Alexander selling our house in Preston. Michelle was full of great ideas and we felt we were in good hands during the process. 
We sold our house before auction and well over the price we were hoping for. We have no hesitation in recommending Michelle and her team.
