Michelle was an absolute star through the entire process (which we dragged out for 6 months). We were very comfortable with her approach and this was compared against several other agents that we had through our house before we chose Michelle. The result that we achieved was well over and above our expectation, which was managed very well through the campaign. I would highly recommend Michelle in future, she made what is traditionally a highly stressful experience to much more pleasant one!
