Stockdale & Leggo Reservoir

I have been renting the properties with Stockdale and Leggo for last 4 years and never found a reason not to be happy with its services. Especially, my property manager “Maryanne Hargreaves” has been so supportive through out. She is one of the best property managers I would ever meet in my life. Any issues we would have within the property, she would always act promptly to resolve them. Her professionalism 5/5 👍. Always polite and easy to approach. Thank you very much Maryanne. If we hadn’t built our own house, we would continue renting with you!

Paul's hard work led to a fantastic result! The idea of selling our family home was scary but Paul and the guys at Stockdale & Leggo made the whole process stress free. Paul was patient, informative and guided us through the whole way. He really knows what he is doing and the years of experience really counts. The Auction was fantastic and the result was amazing. We would highly recommend them without hesitation. You would be crazy to risk hiring any other agent. Thanks Paul and all the team at Stockdale & Leggo.

Renting a property can be very stressful if you don’t have a good agent or a landlord, however, Maryanne Hargreaves from stockdale leggo reservoir made us renting so easier with her great professionalism and nice personality. She is a very kind person and she knows what’s best for her tenants. Very supportive during our renting time. We are so glad that we have moved into our new house after happily renting with stockdale and leggo for last 4 yrs. 👍

Rented a house in Darebin Blvd for just over a year, I was 8months pregnant when we were given notice to vacate, We not only got lied to over month earlier when for sale signs were put in front of the house for units, we were told we had easy 6months. worst thing was they knew well before we signed a lease in 2012 that this was planned for 2013, they just wanted some Rent money, waited over 13months for oven to get fixed too, never did....Would never sign a lease with Maryanne or Stockdale Reservoir again
