Hockingstewart is one of the best crowd for managing properties. More often than not, I judge managers when the property is in transition. Lirie has managed my property with complete professionalism. She left no stone unturned when my property in Craigieburn became vacant. She ensured the property was returned to me in the best of shapes, as well as, ensuring thorough backgrounds checks were done on the new tenants before they moved in. Eleni has been my property manager for sometime now. I couldn’t be happier with the dedication to her work and the way she manages my rental property. HS property provides very good service. Eleni Kalogeropoulos is an excellent and professional property manager. She is very prompt in replying emails and will try her best to resolve any issues. Having rented off Hocking Stuart for 18 months, I then worked with the team to purchase my first home. Throughout the buying process, Lillian and Andrew were helpful, supportive, professional and they both took away the doubt and concern that can creep in when buying a home. I wish to commend the personable service I have constantly received from my property manager Lirie Zenelovski. Over the past 2 months I've either needed to call her / or call by the Reservoir office in regard to lost keys, repairs and property assessments at my rented residence. Today Lirie visited to carry out the routine property inspection. This is often such an officious procedure, yet Lirie made it so personable. As a prior homeowner/ landlord in N.Z, I am aware of the great difference it can make when Property Managers, there to ensure the well-keeping of the landlords property, can also ensure the respect and acknowledgement that this is not just a property to the tenant, but their home. Many thanks for LIrie for realising and applying that difference. Also the receptionist at this office is always, always consistently warm, welcoming and helpful. Makes for a great real estate agency. thank you
