I just can’t thank Peter enough from the Reservoir office. He was professional and extremely accommodating if I had to phone him with constant questions and texts.He never made me feel once feel uncomfortable . He worked so hard!  I was happy for myself and also  proud of him for reaching the goal we wanted. He is amazing. This is the second time I have used Nelson Alexander and I definitely won’t use any other agent in the future.

I have been with Nelson Alexander Reservoir for about five years and I’ve been working closely with Eleni. K. She has been the most wonderful property manager I’ve ever worked with. She’s kind consistent and is always on top of things. She’s always able to be in contact with and is happy to answer any questions or concerns. Can't thank Spiro - from the Reservoir branch - enough for all the great work he did with the sale of our house. He went above and beyond. Also Eleni our property manager was very attentive and ensured that our tenants got the repairs they needed and kept our property in great condition. Both Spiro and Eleni are great communicators. Nothing was too much trouble for them. This put my mind at ease as they managed everything while I was living interstate. I know that if I didn't have them, things would have been harder and more complicated. Thanks again. I appreciate everything you did to help us, and it was a pleasure working with you.

Trying to find a rental is never easy and when you have only a short period of time it can be even more stressful. We were lucky enough to work with David Barnes from Nelson Alexander and he was so helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Not only was he friendly and informative, answering all my questions; he also was extremely patient. I was nervous about the property fitting all our furniture and he kindly let us see it a couple of times and measure things up he even helped with this.
