I am glad to see that the majority of reviews for Hocking Stuart Preston are positive. It's a shame that my husband and I had to have such a disappointing and negative experience with this Real Estate Agent last year. We bought our first property through Hocking Stuart and all the excitement that came with being a first home buyer quickly diminished as the cracks continually showed (and unfortunately have never been resolved). In the lead up to purchasing the property, all our questions were promptly answered and we were treated with warmth and friendliness. However, as soon as the paperwork was signed, all promises and agreements made prior were left unfulfilled, phone calls were never answered, and we were continually left in the dark or chasing our tails. It was a very stressful period for a young couple with no support - hardly the dream experience we were hoping for venturing into this new phase of our life. I lodged my feedback through admin hoping to have some answersand again my concerns were ignored. Even when I escalated the issue to management, it was quickly brushed aside with 'it's out of our hands once the contract is signed' and they placed the blame on the previous owner/vendors. It would have been nice for them to assume their responsibility as real estate agents. I am more than understanding that mistakes can happen from time to time but the fact that we haven't even received any communication or an apology with how things turned out is heartbreaking. Our trust was in their hands and we felt that it was completely misplaced. We will most definitely be doing future business elsewhere. This experience has left us with a very bitter taste in our mouths.

Our son recently lost his job & was in a very difficult situation & had to move out of his rental property. As we live in Perth my husband went over to help clear the property & make sure it was in the best condition possible for handing back to owner. Jenni was absolutely fantastic in helping us in every way. She was always available when we needed to talk with her & liased with the property owner to help us with a couple of problems. She was very easy to talk to & a pleasure to work with. Your company is very lucky to have such a caring, professional employee such as Jenni working for you.

Excellent agency be It sales or rentals. Gave us many chances to find a rental. The rental guy is always a gentleman. Always nervous attending opens with so many people, other agents looking down on people, this guy always puts us at ease. In the near future hope to buy from same agents. Thank you for the help!!

Newer agent seems kind of rude and also nevr ard when it matters. TBH they should employ some Asian agents (Viet and Chinese) - unless they think the Italians and Greeks only ruled the Preston Reservoir Epping real estate market

This office and its staff are professional and efficient. Yet friendly, down to earth and treat everyone with respect. Jordan is extremely professional too but ethical and makes everyone feel comfortable and welcome. A delight to deal with.
