A great team to have on your side. Anthony's professional approach, advice and ability to keep us up to date during the campaign was excellent. On the day of sale, he coordinated an outstanding auction and achieved an excellent result. Thanks Anthony, without any doubt we will use barry Plant Preston for our future Real Estate needs.

Terrible, terrible real estate agent. They seem have no regards for renters at all. They make you pay a fee to pay your rent. Force you to pay 3 days before rent is even due and if you don't pay that way the only other way to pay your rent is with a bank cheque which would cost you $10 a month then just to pay rent. yep, you're reading that right, you have to pay to pay your rent if you are with Barry Plant. I'm in the market to purchase property right now but I will never buy property from this business or any Barry Plant now simply because of the Preston Barry Plant real estate agent shop. Renters do yourself a favour and use RENTWOLF. A start up that bypasses real estate agents all together and connects potential renters directly to landlords.

The one star is for Fidel, who has been nothing but polite and helpful when involved. *edit* and some of that star can go towards them eventually having the lawn mowed, the helpful gardener warned us about avoiding pot holes and dog excrement, which was sweet. Agreed that the receptionist's manner was poor, (see below)but that pails in comparison to the senior staff. The staff are only too happy to answer phone calls and questions pre-sale (ie, when they want money, to sell a house), post sale "meetings" are far more important than clients, calls not returned, "your problem" attitude. Very disappointed, moved in to at least 10 sloppy dog turds and an in mowed garden and 20 years of no cleaning. Basic cleanliness is covered by the law on last inspection and even that was evasive and we couldn't do it without the owner present. Absolutely disgusted. *edit: further disappointment experienced after showing photo evidence of the state the owners left the property after no response about whether this would be attended to, and subsequent response. Just avoid.
