Yes, when we came to australia 1 year ago, covid was just over. We had a hard time renting a house. On our 12th day we rented a house in essendon through this company. The rent was above average. We paid 3 months rent and deposit in advance. As a result, we rented the house 1 year ago because there was no other option. None of the deficiencies promised at the time of the contract at home were completed. While we were living, other problems occurred in the house that were the responsibility of the owner. We also reported them to the real estate company. Our next-door neighbor is probably sick or an alcoholic, and we have been repeatedly threatened by him. He tried to raid our house. We accepted all of this and waited for it to be fixed. Finally, we had to send a notice because no action was taken. We wrote all the shortcomings in the Notice and also wrote that there has been no inspection even once in a year. After the Notice, e-mails were written immediately and the inspection date was given to us. The inspection was on 07.02.2023. It's Claire Spring from the real estate company. From the moment Claire entered the house, she responded to everything we said with a negative answer. She was very defensive and she sad she was going to be defensive. We gave her time for routine inspection. Claire continued to talk to us in a very rude and also insulting way. Then came the landlord. Claire, who was speaking to us in a rude and high tone, disappeared. As if someone else had come. She was very kind and calm while Landlord was there. Claire's level of rudeness had increased after Landlord had left the house. Finally, she yelled at us and left. The person whom we have infinite respect for helping us 1 year ago has disappeared for us. I think she is the director of the real estate company, he was very rude to my wife and me on the phone. As a result, Nicholson Real Estate is over for us. If you are a landlord, think twice before entrusting your home to these unrelated people / real estate company. If you are a tenant, I would say do not find any. we will not deal with them. We will find a house and go as soon as possible. Can

I recently dealt with Sandro De Rango from Brunswick East Nicholson Real Estate and had a very bad experience. He was rude and dismissive of me because I was a young woman, and he entirely did not get the best outcome for the owner of the property. I think his conduct might even have been illegal because he didn’t give me the required amount of time by consumer affairs Vic to make an offer.

Nicholson Real Estate is a flexible, organised and friendly company. Our agent is Nick, and we haven't had any problem dealing with him as he's very responsive, thorough, and a good representative of the landlord.
