This is a terrible company with inexperienced people who don't value a customer's time and effort. They tell one term and come up with other terms and new price once a customer has decided to seal the deal and try to impose that saying it's the owner who put the terms forward. It gives unnecessary stress to the customers. Definitely not recommended.

Thank you Nicole and the staff at Woodards for sorting out all 3 properties. I now have happy existing tenants in one, a delinquent tenant who is now paying in another and a brand new tenant in another. Your professionalism, effectiveness and attention to detail stands out and is very much appreciated.

Woodards have managed my rental for three or four years. Vita Little was an exceptional property manager during this time. Thorough, detailed and always quick to respond. Reasonable and always made sure my tenants were well looked after.

Our property manager changed whilst repairs were underway. Elyse Cugley, the new property manager, ensured that there was no delay in the repair process. She was quick to communicate and ensured that the transition was of no inconvenience to us, the tenants.

Worst customer service ever. It took them 1.5 years to fix something we reported(we reported several times, not one). Then, ridiculous charges when I moved out. And if you are a student, be really careful with this agent. They will try to take every penny out of pockets. Honestly, I felt like I was bullied when I lived there. But as a student, I didnt have enough time to bring them to court. Not recommend them to anyone
