Best property manager i have ever had! In my experience as a tenant that has rented with many (mostly awful!) agents over the past 15 years, Harrington Earl, and in particular my property manager Kirby McPhee, were the most humane agency i have ever dealt with. Kirby was such a pleasure, genuine and always working to achieve the best outcome for all parties involved, not just the landlord (who in this case were also amazing). If i had a property to let, i would be more than confident for it to be managed by Kirby and Harrington Earl.

I have been a tenant of Harrington Earl for over 12 months now and have had nothing but courteous, efficient and kind service from our Property Manager Brenton, and always pleasant dealings with our landlord. It's so nice to have consistency in staff from a real estate agency. I hope to remain a tenant with them for many years to come.

Had the pleasure of being a tenant in a property by Harrington Earl.. Property manager Cecilia was an absolute pleasure to deal with.. best property manager i have ever had in over 10 years of renting... . True pleasure to deal with..

WE HAVE BEEN RENTING OUR UNIT SINCE 2012...WE HAVE FOUND JOHN HARRINGTON TO BE KIND AND RESPECTUL, HONEST AND FAIR. WE HAVE FOUND ALL THE STAFF TO BE CONCIDERATE AND RESPECTFUL...THE RENT IS REASONABLE, AND ALL MAITENANCE ISSUES ARE DEALT WITH A.S.A.P. IF OTHERS HAVE HAD A BAD SITUATION WITH HARRINGTON EARL, ALL WE CAN SAY IS THERE ARE TWO SIDES TO THE STORY...BUT IN ALL HONESTY WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH HARRINGTON EARL. WE WOULD RECOMEND HARRINGTON EARL TO EVERYONE WE KNOW..KEEP THE GOOD WORK UP.
