As a landlord, I could not be more pleased with the service provided by Nelson Alexander. I am fortunate to have Lauren Kalenberg as my property manager. Lauren is extremely thorough and diligent in every respect. She always returns emails and phone calls promptly and attends to all matters with the utmost professionalism. Lauren carefully screens tenants and provides thorough routine inspection reports throughout the tenancy. I have had my property managed by Lauren for around 7 years and she is the best and most hard working property manager I've ever had. (Have owned rental properties for 17 years). I recommend Lauren and the team at Nelson Alexander most highly.

James Pilliner is simply one of the best Auctioneers in the business. He is warm, friendly, and down to earth. His knowledge of the industry is extensive and he the way he guided us through the process made us feel completely confident of achieving a great result. Everyone we dealt with at the Carlton North office seemed to be acutely aware of our requirements and our goals. They were extremely professional, prompt and responsive to our demands. A superb experience overall.

I have worked with Lauren Kalenberg at Nelson Alexander Carlton for approx 5 years in my capacity as a landlord and also a tenant. I can't speak more highly of Lauren - she is without a doubt the most efficient and effective agent I have ever dealt with. She is a hard worker, smart, fair and knows her trade inside out. On top of that, she's lovely and an absolute pleasure to work. Thank you Lauren for everything you do for us!

Look no further for an agent, Janine Ballantyne will not disappoint. Janine is candid, straightforward professional, knowledgeable and provided excellent feedback and updates as our campaign progressed. We could not have asked for more.
