Current and prospective tenants should be very careful. As my time was wrapping up at the unit, they mailed a very professional packet with the end of lease letter and a blank bond claim form. The agent and I spoke before key handover and I was reminded to sign and return the blank bond claim form along with the keys. During key handover, the receptionist requested I sign and return the blank form. Thankfully I did not - the agent came across some alleged damage to the unit during the final inspection. (If I had returned a blank bond claim form, I could have potentially lost all my bond.)

The partners of Nelson Alexander were very responsive to our feedback (regarding shaky start/issues). They offered very reasonable solutions and also brought in Nikolas Psevdos who took over the care of our rental property. We found him to be very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Nik came in and sorted everything out. We have been very pleased with the service since. Highly recommended.

Be careful Friend had a lease through these guys Nothing but issues issues issues. Property managers where poor at follow ups or returning calls. Contacted vcat in regards to some issues and they are “ well known” Be super careful if you decide to use them. As a landlord it was an eye opener and I can say that I won’t consider there services any time soon..

If you are a seller, DON'T go through this company. I had a very bad experience with one of their agent in Ivanhoe office who didn't give all potential buyer the opportunity to offer and only selected maybe his friends to take the property at a very low price which is far below the market value. Also the agent confirmed he would send Section32 to me but then sold the property quietly without letting me know anything. This property owner lost money for sure on Mountaiveiw Parade, Rosanna Then I escalated this issue to ACCC and related offices and they filed this case and confirmed to monitor this company in the future.
