Communication and documentation are regular and thorough. This allows me to travel knowing that tenants and maintenance are well tended in my absence. I work with a number of property managers and can safely say that Anthony Hoppe is a true professional! He had my client approved and lease docs signed quickly and with minimal fuss. He also showed great passion about his portfolio of properties and obviously cares about both his landlords and tenants. Thank you again Anthony.

Not recommended. Jan McCowen has given me nothing but a bad rental experience. She is the most passive-aggressive person I have ever met. High unprofessional as she will just assume certain times will meet your schedule to suit her self. She avoided maintenance which is clearly against the law, and lied to me in emails. I have all this in writing, yet she STILL denies it. I never missed a rental payment so I deserved a fair and professional experience. I can say I am glad I am with a new property manager and out of that over-priced rundown property. The reason I’m stating her full name is because others need to be warned of the risks!!! If I had the option to vote zero stars, there would be no question!

From the very beginning when I first arrived in Melbourne and searching for a rental properties I decided to use Nelson Alexander as they had good experience in the Kew and surrounding areas. Staff were always pleasant to deal with and very informative giving plenty of helpful advise. After I found the right property through NA and during the rental term the communication and professionalism was excellent, especially our property manager Jan McCowan. Unfortunately at the end of our rental agreement we had to leave and couldn't find another property with NA but if we could I wouldn't of hesitated in going back!

Don't rent with Kevin Cao unless you want incompetence galore, a condition report from 2 years ago and a condescending attitude whenever you have any requests. I rented a house with four other women in our mid to late twenties. He frequently began his emails to us with "Hi girls". Do you think that's professional? Frequently ignored maintenance requests until I threatened to send him a breach of duty notice. Typical know-it-all misogynist Asian d-bag. You're just a number to these people. P.S. I'm not breaking any laws and have every right to put his name up here.
