I had a great experience with these guys, especially Stuart Evans.  In the beginning we weren't quite ready to sell, he wasn't pushy and kept in touch just often enough. When we were, he and his colleagues were very professional and friendly and always available when you needed them. They were happy to answer any question I had no matter how silly I thought it may be.  Thank you for your patience and for a great result.

This agent had our house rented within 1 week.  Customer Service was exceptional.  I would highly recommend the Agency.  Their contacts are extensive and they act very quickly, with feedback and suggested improvements.

We have bought a house from this agency a couple of months back and have found their customer service appalling. Highly recommend not dealing with this unless you are looking forward to being ignored and treated poorly right after the transaction was processed, and also subtly pressed by the agent herself into signing an agreement to release her commission before the settlement period, and again being treated with an unwelcoming attitude once you reject. 

It was an unpleasant experience overall dealing with our agent (Sophie). Avoid dealing with her.
