I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Steven Redmond this past week trying to organise a lease in the Hawthorn area. Starting with his inspection tour, he was extremely patient and gave us a really good rundown of the place we were looking at and answered all our questions. When we applied for the place he kept myself and the other applicants within the loop and fed constant updates whilst driving for an optimal solution for both parties. Really appreciated the communication throughout and Steve's commitment to helping us secure a lease. Customer service was really above and beyond !

After meeting Dom Locandro 8 years ago, and working on a number of construction projects together I cannot speak highly enough of his attention to detail and his passion to deliver a very high quality job from start to finish. The whole process is made so smooth by Doms extensive knowledge of products and relationships with past trades. Always a pleasure to deal with Dom and his team and I highly recommend them from a project management point of view.

Knowing how stressful moving house can be, The Apartment Specialist were there every step of the way to answer any query or lend a hand where necessary. All their processes were streamlined to ensure that nothing was missed or overlooked and their professionalism was second to none.
From the perspective of a Landlord, their attention to detail and communication with me as the tenant was thorough and exceptional.
