During 3 years of renting through Fletchers, we had 5 different property managers.  Some were ok, while others were useless.  Keys to the property were lost by the agent and they asked us for a spare.  When moving out we had to endure a minimum of 3 inspections a week for 3 weeks while we were trying to pack and clean.

The agent wanted to pin on us for breaking a dimmer switch and hose fitting, both of which were in perfect working order.  Items mentioned to the agent, were either fixed immediately (a cracked mirror), or completely ignored (missing window key, flaking ceiling paint).

I wouldn't use them as a property manager for my property.

The best agency for selling in Surrey Hills. Brooke Warwick is a top agent and is very professional and friendly.

After 25 mins delay for inspection, I called them and the guy asked: Do you want to cancel it?!?!?!!
