Let me show you guys what is called "recommended" cleaning company (basically, they highlighted the dude they shared profit with)and their $900 cleaning work. (see photos) 
I were their tenant, the property never got any maintenance in 4 years, which includes broken door never got fixed for over 3 years and more. 
After moving out they listed numerous items that are "damaged" by me, so they "suggest" me to give up the bond (which is over $2,300) and do some maintaining work.

Theeeeee worsttttttt everr, noone ever responds to emails,  there sooo rude when you finally get through to someone, property manager changes every month with no heads up when u call about a current issue they have no idea, ive had nothing but problems with metro, i would never everrrrrrrr recommend them!!!!! Do not let the cheaper rent fool you 1 star is a compliment but cannot go lower

If zero stars was an option, that’s what they’d get. Completely useless in every way possible. No one responds to emails, I don’t even know who my property manager is anymore because I’ve had about 6 in one year, took two weeks to get a reply to my email marked “URGENT REPAIR” - absolutely hopeless and have ruined our experience in our new house. Could not say enough to try and deter people from going through them.
