Having vacated one of there properties in 2015 and returning all the relevant paperwork to them in 2015! I was today 2018 told I was still on the lease for the property! I have contacted them a number of times over the past 2 years asking why I was still receiving notices from them for the property, each time I was reassured that I was no longer on the lease and that it was merely a ‘Computer error.’ I am now having to waste my time fixing their errors! Issues that should have been resolved at the time of vacating! What’s more I have received no apology for the inconvenience they have caused me!

Absolute bunch of useless, dried up, passive aggressive old C yoU Next Tuesday'S. One s hit ty old bag threatened me via email, stating that she would call the police if I didn't leave the unit, except I had two weeks left on my tenancy and had every right to be there! When I did leave, rather abruptly after being threatened, I might add, I returned to the property to vacuum, only to find the locks had already been changed. The same old s hit bag then had the nerve to complain because I hadn't vacuumed before I handed in the keys. Avoid this company. They are very underhanded and they will do everything and anything to make sure you don't get your bond back.
