I have nothing but praises for Amy Cox for her immediate action towards the repairs that are required from our newly rented property .
Truly deserving to have a great feedback considering it's only been a month since we've rented the property. Amy immediately communicated and action our needs to ensure we are happy and satisfied.
I have never experience this kind of treatment from my previous Agency which is the opposite of what truly a GREAT SERVICE  Philip Webb provides.
Keep up the good work Amy and  Thank you !!!

Thank you to Amy Cox, Property Manager, from a tenant perspective.
She is very professional and personable  during the tenancy.  It's a pleasure liaising with Amy and she showed kindness and a commitment to doing her best. Amy has a knack for getting things done while  seamlessly representing landlords and tenants.

My experience as a mature age renter was not a particularly good one. I am satisfied among eastern suburbs real estate agents there is a general bias against mature age renters. It comes through particularly in the area of customer service. It's very difficult to get through to someone who can answer one's questions. It appears staff are constantly on "training sessions" or "out of the office". Philip Webb staff appear to operate in a team environment. There's nothing wrong with that but the person you speak with may be unfamiliar with your individual situation. And some queries are answered simply "that''s standard procedure" or in the case of lease documentation "that's a standard clause". Some of the staff in the front office barely make one star in terms of customer service. I'm sure a different approach would apply if one was a prospective purchaser!

Chantelle Petty from the Philip Webb office managed my property for a number of years and I found her communication and service to be excellent. She was very responsive, helpful, always explained things clearly and was very easy to work with. Easily the best property manager I have dealt with to date.
