Contrary to how the Big Boy Real Estate Franchises treat you like a customer. Being a client of Joe and Jenny has been a pleasure. They run a personal, boutique-style, property sales and rental agency. Its rare to find a business who will give you the facts and the honesty of good old fashioned service with a finger on the current marketplace. Believe you me you are in good hands listing with them.

A male representative came to our door and when I mentioned we have no hawkers or soliciting sign he said he wasn't soliciting. asked us when we were selling. I found him very rude and didn't leave immediately after i mentioned our sign. I would twice before using someone from this company if this is the way they behave.

We are singing your praises amongst all our friends... anyone who is considering selling needs to speak with you :) When we first put our home on the market we went with one of the big agents, who gave us big ads, big board, big open for inspections, big stories, big advertising bill and ultimately after 3 months No Sale. You were not located in our area and we met by chance, but you were the only agent who took the time to explain that our house could be sold without all the fuss and unnecessary agent costs. Within 3 weeks and after only 5 private inspections our property was SOLD. We could not believe how easy it was. We are now happily living in our new home and wiser from the whole experience.
