Absolute bunch of useless, dried up, passive aggressive old C yoU Next Tuesday'S.  

One s hit ty old bag threatened me via email, stating that she would call the police if I didn't leave the unit, except I had two weeks left on my tenancy and had every right to be there!

When I did leave, rather abruptly after being threatened, I might add, I returned to the property to vacuum, only to find the locks had already been changed. The same old s hit bag then had the nerve to complain because I hadn't vacuumed before I handed in the keys.

Avoid this company. They are very underhanded and they will do everything and anything to make sure you don't get your bond back.

I lived in a property with my defacto partner of four years from this real estate agent. Became a victim of domestic during those those years. Gave birth to a child in those four years. My ex-partner was busy committing immigration fraud with an older lady to attain his PR and Australian citizenship, whose name was on the lease but she never lived in the property. My neighbours in the units are physical and visual proof. Domestic violence started when this whole immigration issue was being questioned by myself. I had the means and funds to take over the lease as ALL utility bills were under my name. After two consecutive years of FULL IVO which excludes him from property and I resume payments of utility and rents per usual while he was busy in and out of police custody, MJ Docking bluntly said and I quote, 'if you have that much money then go rent elsewhere'. I have three children that needed to be up rooted from the local primary school which they've attended since foundation. A year prior to this disgusting incident I had inform the previous property manager 'Dianne' and she was understanding along with the casual receptionist who remembers my situation. I won't name the person who bluntly and clearly is an advocate for domestic family violence as she refused to be of any help in allowing me to sign any tenant agreements to take over the lease. Above that she also lacked empathy and compassion. I bluntly write this review because being a victim of domestic family violence wasn't acceptable in any circumstances. It is especially not acceptable to have a business side with the aggressor.

Do not Rent property from this realestate. These guys are a ripoff they never take tenants side.  They will find something to deduct from the bond even the property is in great condition.
