FANTASTIC.. Cannot flaw any of their services ..especially SALES campaign where they performed strongly and produced us a VERY satisfying sales result. Special mentions for Gavin and Michael the auctioneer on the day. They and the whole Philip Webb sales team did us and themselves proud. Also their property management team were terrific for the approx 13 years we had our home tenanted. Here extra special mention goes to Ryan... He was the most professional, courteous, diligent property manager we ever had. Thanks to the team at Philip Webb real estate. I have been looking to find a new home for months and finally purchased one. The agents were so helpful and make the experience stress free. If i know anyone who is looking to buy a home i will recommend Philip Webb!!

DO NOT RENT 1/3 Freeman street Ringwood east, Chinese owner harasses you every second week. Comes and spys on you and also the owner harassed me every second week. Would NEVER RENT from them, Chinese PM'S don't speak English
