Sold through Noel Jones ( Warren Paas and Laura Geddes ) in 2016 and they were fantastic. Great local knowledge! After meeting with other agents they stood out with their detailed campaign calendar and weekly reports. They kept us up-to-date through the whole process. Would recommend them to anyone.

My father recently subdivided his Phyllis Street Bayswater property into 2 subdivisions with the intention of retaining one block and selling the other. After meeting with a couple of real estate agencies, we selected Noel Jones Ringwood to sell his block. He felt comfortable with Margaret and Brett right from the start and the interactions from the initial meeting right through to post sale have been both pleasant and professional. Selling property can often be very stressful but this has been effortless on our part as Margaret and Brett offered great advice and assistance without being pushy and whilst maintaining the highest level of integrity and courtesy.
