TRY TO AVOID THIS AGENT IF YOU CAN!!! My LL transferred his property management from Harcourts to this agent half way of the tenancy. When I vacate the property the agent owner David Chiu were trying to claim $3500 compensation for a couple of stains on the carpet. Went to the VCAT hearing he told the court he has completely replaced the carpet and provide an “invoice”must be a fake oneto approve, judge made me to pay $500 for compensation. But after the hearing I have found out that the carpet was not replaced at all. Just be very careful when dealing with this guy, he would do everything he could to deduct your bond. No bottom line at all!

Horrible agency with horrible and unprofessional agents, particularly Elaine Gerritsen. I have put in a bond for a rental property last week and I was wanting to pick the keys up so I can start putting my belonging slowly into the new house, I was even ready to pay the rent from today onwards. When i requested Elaine to do this,she was extremely unhelpful and rude. Apparently she's too busy and I can't be "dictating" her on what jobs are important which ones aren't.she is  inflexible and arrogant. Stay away from the agency!

Extremely unprofessional. Bad experience from beginning until the end. AVOID dealing with them at all cost.  They threatened to give bad reference to other agent, even though I have done nothing wrong.  Think about it guys. Seems like all these one star is here for a right reason.

Wouldn't advise renting through here. Poor communication skills and a lack of care to tennants and their rights.  Side note have rented for over 10 years with no problems until here.

David is helpful, honest agent! recomended!

Very rude customer service...rang them back to talk to owner and reception was even worse explaining to me that she thought I was wrong without even allowing me to talk.... would NOT recommend!
