A few years ago I was looking for a real estate agency to manage my rental property. A friend recommended me to Professionals Wantirna Knox. Got in touch with Jasmine, who managed the agency. She was very helpful, and told me about the terms & conditions of the leasing. On top of it, she gave me a very competitive rate. I have been very pleased with the services offered by them through the years. Jasmine is very professional with managing this agency. She has a dedicated and helpful team assisting her to run the agency. I have no hesitation recommending Professionals Wantirna Knox with selling, buying or leasing your property.

I have been renting out my son's house with Professional Wantirna Knox for the last 7 years. Shani is my agent. She is a lovely and friendly person to work with. All these years there wasn't any problems with the lease or tenants. Shani always tend to my queries promptly. She always get the best and reasonably priced tradesmen to do any maintenance work regarding the property. She is very professional and has the landlord's interest at heart. It's a pleasure working with her. I would highly recommend Professional Wantirna Knox in dealing with sales and rentals.

I was a tenant with Professional Wantirna for over four years, and Ms Shani was my agent. This review is my experience working with her:  Shani is an exceptional person to work with. I was a tenant in two of her leasing at Professional. She quickly responds to emails and would attend to any questions or maintenance immediately.  I have rented in different places, and Shani has been the best agent by far. She is friendly, respectful and has a genuinely kind heart. She treats her tenant as part of her own and would take time to explain or discuss any concerns. You don’t get any agent like this, my last agent before working with Shani would take forever to reply, and when she does, she can be dismissive and belittling, but Shani never had such characteristics; rather, she is a pleasant and polite human being.  I base my review on my experience of over four years of knowing Shani, and I will definitely seek her support if I ever need to rent in her area again.  I will recommend working with her to my friends and family.

Jasmine helped my wife and I purchase our very first home together, which is a memory we will cherish forever. Jasmine was incredibly friendly from day one and has been an absolute pleasure to deal with through this whole process. She made us feel really looked after and made this journey so much fun and easy. We are so grateful for everything Jasmine has done for us. Best agent we have ever dealt with.

I strongly recommend Shani from Professionals Wantirna Knox to manage your investment property. From the first phone call till the signing of the lease contract, she has been very helpful and  professional in finding the right tenants for the property  - this was our main concern. In the process of preparing the property for leasing, Shani guided us through the process by giving us invaluable advice and the  communication from her department is 5 stars!!!

My Property Manager is Lori from Professionals Wantirna and she is an absolute TREASURE! She's always so helpful and chirpy, and available whenever I need her no matter what the time or day.
