Caveat Emptor "Let the buyer beware". We signed up for one of these apartments in February 2016 with a verbal understanding that they were scheduled to start at the end of March 2016. We completely understand that there are always delays in the construction game, but what we do not understand, is why we have not received any information at all from Centric Capital Group. When we posted some negative feedback on the Knoxia Facebook page, the page was taken down. I think everyone who has left large deposits for their apartments are at least owed some updated information on why the project is delayed and when it is likely to start.
