Our agency’s motto, “Together we are grand and together we stand”, is the brainchild of Conan Ong, the Director of Grandstand Real Estate.

Conan endeavours to position GRANDSTAND REAL ESTATE to achieve two critical outcomes: one is to strive for the vendor to attain the highest possible sale price and the other is for the purchaser to procure the dream home. To this end, Grandstand Real Estate stands together with vendors and purchasers alike to achieve the best possible grand results.

As director, Conan believes in leading by example. Together with his well-trained team, they transform that motto from concept to practice with the fervour he himself has demonstrated in the real estate industry. Having more than 15 years of real estate experience both in the overseas and local markets, Conan has matured into a hard-nosed, highly productive, real estate professional. With his work experience in three different local real estate agencies both franchise and independent agencies, he has gained in-depth knowledge and invaluable experience in Melbourne’s real estate industry. As the recipient of several real estate prestigious awards given in recognition of his incomparable sales track record, Conan stands out from the pack. His career history includes hundreds of property transactions, many of which have delivered outcomes to his clients far above their expectations.

Armed with effective communication and negotiation skills combined with a honest approach, Conan has created an extensive network enabling him to sell a number of highly desirable properties in the Eastern part of Melbourne over the years.
